The DRY Program

Is a 10 week program that helps you uncover what’s really driving your child’s bedwetting. Because bedwetting isn’t a diagnosis.
It’s a symptom.
And your child deserves the right system, not another piece of random advice.

It all started with a big idea.

Week after week, I saw the families walk through the door.

Exhausted parents.
Embarrsed kids.
Homes running on broken sleep and endless laundry.

Most had already tried the random strategies they were told to try.
But they hadn't worked.

The hardest part wasn’t the bedwetting itself.
It was what it was doing to families.

Parents would tell me how many times they were changing sheets at night.

How they’d thrown out beautiful clothes they couldn’t save.
How they avoided sleepovers, camps and holidays.
How they felt guilty for getting frustrated with their child.

And the wait to get help? Two years just to be seen.
Then three months between appointments.

Families weren’t failing.
The system was.

In almost every appointment, the solution didn’t come from fancy equipment or complicated testing.
It came from:

  • Listening properly
  • Asking the right questions
  • Looking at the whole picture; bladder, bowel, body and sleep. Instead of treating bedwetting like a diagnosis on its own.

Because bedwetting isn’t a diagnosis.
It’s a symptom.

And when you don’t identify what’s really driving it, families are left trying one thing after another… hoping something will finally work.

For a long time, I kept thinking:
There has to be a better way to help families than long waitlists and scattered advice.

The Program Was Born

Then something clicked. I realised that in my work, I rarely physically examine a child.

My real role is listening. Understanding patterns. Then finding the real driver.

And guiding parents through the right next steps.

Which meant families didn’t need to wait months between appointments.

They needed real support, in real time.

That was the moment the DRY framework began to take shape.

Not as another set of random tips.

But as a clear, structured journey to follow.

Because your child isn’t broken.
and you’re not a bad parent.

You simply deserve a better system, and the support to use it.

That is how the DRY Program was created.

Refocus the Approach

Build a plan that matches your child’s specific pattern, instead of using generic, one-size-fits-all strategies.

Your Path Forward

Support progress, manage setbacks, and guide families through the maintenance phase.

What’s included in your DRY program

Your 10-week DRY Program gives you a clear journey through the DRY Method; helping you uncover what’s really driving your child’s bedwetting, refocus your approach based on their individual needs, and stay supported as you move forward with confidence at home.

Unlimited one-on-one support throughout the 10-week program

You won’t be left trying to figure things out on your own. Throughout the full 10 weeks, you’ll have unlimited one-on-one support to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, celebrate wins, and receive guidance for your child and family. Support is available through telehealth video and phone calls, email and our online therapy portal, so you can feel supported every step of the way.

Progress tracking to help you see what’s changing and adjust your approach with confidence

Our progress tracking tools help you clearly see what’s improving over time, even the small wins that are easy to miss day to day. By tracking patterns, habits, and progress throughout the program, you’ll feel more confident knowing what’s working and we will know when adjustments may be needed. You’ll also receive a free bonus hard copy of Therapy & Progress Progress Tracker where children can add stickers, drawings, and celebrate their progress along the way.

Short, practical videos and written guides so you can get clear answers, even when you’re working through things at 2am

You’ll have access to our online therapy portal filled with short, practical videos and easy-to-follow written guides to support you throughout the program. This means even after your call with your therapist has finished for the day, you can log back in anytime to check how to complete the therapy, revisit instructions, refresh your memory, or find answers to common questions. The portal is designed to help families feel confident, supported, and never left trying to remember everything on their own.

A structured, parent-guided pathway based on your child’s individual needs, not generic advice

Your child’s program is built around their individual symptoms, habits, and needs, not generic advice. We begin with a detailed consultation where we explore the full picture, including bladder function, bowels, sleep, routines, body awareness, and any contributing factors that may be impacting progress. From there, we continue reviewing symptoms, tracking changes, and adjusting therapies throughout the 10 weeks to make sure the plan evolves alongside your child’s progress.

Lisa Moffatt Women's, Men's and Paediatric Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

I want to share why I created the 10 week program because the “why” behind this program and Bedwetting Australia is deeply important to me.

When I was growing up, some of my happiest memories were from Cubs and Scouts. The camps, the late-night giggles in sleeping bags, the outdoor adventures, and the friendships… those experiences shaped who I am. I still remember the excitement of packing for a sleepover or a weekend away, it was where I learnt independence and was the happiest.

But now, as a paediatric pelvic health physiotherapist, I meet so many kids who never get to feel that.

It breaks my heart every time a child quietly tells me they won’t go to their school camp because they might wet the bed…

Or when a parent says their child “doesn’t like sleepovers” to avoid embarrassment…

Bedwetting doesn’t just wet sheets.
It steals childhood experiences that kids can’t get back.
And the hardest part is that so many families feel like they’re trying to navigate it all on their own.

They’ve searched online.
They’ve tried random advice.
They’ve been told their child will “just grow out of it.”

But what many families actually need is support, structure, guidance, and a plan tailored to their child.

That’s why I created the DRY Program.

I wanted families to have access to a higher level of support and it be achievable, practical, and accessible from home.

The program was built from the exact frameworks, therapies, education, and clinical strategies me and my team use every day with families. It combines detailed assessments, personalised treatment plans, ongoing therapist support, practical home therapies, progress tracking, educational resources, and regular reviews to help families feel supported the entire way through.

Because bedwetting is rarely just about “wet nights.”
Sometimes it involves bladder habits.
Sometimes bowels.
Sometimes deep sleep, routines, fluid intake, body awareness, or nervous system regulation.

That’s why the program looks at the whole child, not just the symptom.

And perhaps most importantly, I created this program because families deserve ongoing support, not just a single appointment and a pamphlet.

I wanted parents to feel like they had someone in their corner.
Someone to ask questions.
Someone to guide them when things feel overwhelming.
Someone to celebrate the wins with them, even the small ones.

Because every child deserves the chance to say “yes” to sleepovers, camps, school trips, and carefree childhood experiences without fear or embarrassment.

And if this program helps even one child feel more confident, more supported, and less alone… then it was worth creating.
