We want to make accessing support as affordable as possible.
Telehealth Consultation Fees
Standard Telehealth Consultation — $63.40
Extended Telehealth Consultation — $126.80
If you have a valid Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referral from your GP, our Short Telehealth Consultation is $0 out of pocket after your Medicare rebate.
The $63.40 consultation fee is taken as a deposit at the time of booking your appointment. We’ll provide you with a receipt so you can submit your Medicare claim and receive the rebate directly from Medicare after your appointment.
Please note that non-attendance make you ineligible for rebates from Medicare.
If you have a valid Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referral from your GP, your Short Telehealth Consultation there is no out-of-pocket cost for your appointment.
For Standard and Extended Telehealth Consultations, a Medicare rebate may still apply, however there will be a gap payment between the Medicare rebate and the consultation fee.
If the patient has reached the Medicare Safety Net threshold, you may be eligible for a higher Medicare benefit. This may reduce your out-of-pocket cost for longer consultations.
The Medicare rebate is under item number 10960. You can learn more on the Medicare website here.
After your appointment, we’ll provide you with a receipt containing the information you need to make your Medicare claim.
You can submit your claim through:
Once Medicare processes your claim, your rebate will be paid directly into the bank account you have registered with Medicare.
Please ensure you have a valid Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referral from your GP before your appointment if you intend to claim a Medicare rebate.
If you have private health insurance, you may be able to claim a rebate under physiotherapy extras. Please check with your fund directly. We do not process private insurance claims on your behalf, but we’ll provide a receipt so you can claim. You will need to independently follow the instructions of your insurer.
We welcome self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. As we are not an NDIS-registered provider, we cannot bill the NDIA directly. Participants will need to pay the consultation fee when booking and after the appointment receive a receipt to claim through their NDIS plan or submit the receipt to their plan manager for reimbursement.
If you are a DVA participant, thankyou for your service. Please contact us directly to arrange your appointment, as we will need your DVA details and any relevant referral information before booking.

Yes. You can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone. Just make sure you're in a quiet space with good internet.
If you miss your appointment, unfortunately you won’t be eligible for a refund or rebate. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Absolutely. We support older children, teens, and adults with bedwetting, overactive bladder, or other bladder or bowel problems. We take a respectful, shame-free approach to care.
That’s okay, we can begin by speaking with the parent and if and when a child feels ready to engage that is fantastic. Our clinicians are experienced in building rapport with kids at their own pace.
